    Born and raised at the lodge, Playboy is a dependable, calm companion with a steady pace, making him perfect for lighter riders and beginners. His trustworthy nature ensures you'll feel safe every step of the way. Born in 2000

    Bravo is a gentle giant with a calm demeanor, great for larger riders. Though he’s cautious about his footing, he’s loyal, reliable, and always ready to show his kind side. Born in 2013

    Tiny Toes

    Tiny Toes is a strong, confident mare with a reliable nature. Despite her tiny feet, she’s a powerhouse and a favorite for all kinds of riders, offering both energy and excellent behavior. With years at the lodge, she’s a trusted, steady companion on the trail. Born in 2007

    Little Chief

    Little Chief is a calm, gentle paint with a heart-stealing charm. Great for beginners. He’s easygoing, dependable, and has been with the family for years. Born in 2003

    Jasmine

    Jasmine is a strong, bold Canadian mare with excellent cardio. While she can be reactive, she's become much braver with training. Ideal for confident riders, she’s the perfect mountain horse and the proud mom of Sherlock. Born in 2011

    Charly

    Born in 2012, Charly is an absolute sweetheart with a gentle and easygoing nature. He has a calm presence that makes people feel comfortable around him, and it’s no surprise that he is a favorite among our guests.

    Charly is the kind of horse who takes care of his rider and quietly looks after them on the trail. He is steady, reliable, and always willing to do his job. Whether you’re an experienced rider or still finding your confidence, Charly is a trustworthy partner who makes every ride feel a little more relaxed and enjoyable. Born in 2012

    Whiskey

    Whiskey joined us in 2024 and quickly became a special part of the herd. She is a sweet, strong mare with plenty of character and a personality that makes her hard to forget.

    Although she’s one of our more experienced ladies, Whiskey still has plenty of fire and drive. She is comfortable to ride and knows her job well, making her a dependable partner on the trail. She brings a wonderful mix of strength, experience, and spirit to every ride. Born in 2005

    Focus

    Focus is a confident, steady gelding with a calm, easy-going temperament. Sure-footed on rugged terrain, he’s gentle, smooth on the reins, and perfect for light riders. He loves being with the herd and thrives in their company. Daddy to Sherlock. Born in 2016

    Harlequin

    Harlequin is a sweet, curious mare with a playful streak. She’s quick to learn boundaries and loves being part of the action, whether at the lodge or on the trails. Born in 2017

    Lucy

    Lucy is a smart, spirited mare with a strong personality. While she can be pushy at times, she’s quick to learn boundaries and is fearless on the trail. Dependable and growing into a reliable partner, her courage and intelligence make her an exciting horse to work with as she continues to develop. Born in 2006

    Peso

    Peso is a quiet sweetheart with a shy but gentle nature. He’s smart as a whip and one of the best packhorses around—strong enough to handle anything and sensitive enough to know exactly what’s needed. Born in 2008

    Phoebe

    Phoebe is full of fire and flair, with a personality as memorable as her dramatic hip swing. Once a standout packhorse, she is now fully trained as a saddle horse and has truly found her place under saddle.

    Phoebe is steady, dependable, and knows her job well, making her a wonderful horse for children and riders who appreciate a calm, reliable partner. Born in 2013

    Ember

    Ember is Annalena’s horse. She is headstrong, smart, and incredibly curious, always keeping you on your toes. Despite her strong personality, she is wonderfully soft to ride and has a gentle feel under saddle.

    Ember is the kind of horse that makes you earn her trust—but once you do, she’ll give you her whole heart. Her intelligence and personality make her a special part of the herd. Born 2018

    Sherlock

    Meet Sherlock, one of our packhorses. Son of Jasmine and Focus, he’s strong, curious, and people-loving. He’s on track to become a reliable saddle horse and we can’t wait to see him shine. Born in 2021

    Nymeria (Nymei)

    Baby Nymei is the second foal born to our beloved Jasmine. A true Canadian, she is curious, playful, and always eager to see what’s going on around her.

    Nymei loves exploring her surroundings and is especially fond of playing with Bonnie. With her curious personality and playful spirit, she’s already becoming a fun little character in the herd—and we’re excited to watch her grow. Born in 2026

  • Haflinger Horses

    Bonnie & Clyde

    Meet Bonnie and Clyde, our Haflinger siblings and future packhorse stars! Bonnie is sweet and playful, while Clyde is curious and full of personality. They will learn the ropes and join the herd of fellow pack horses. We can’t wait to watch them grow into strong, lovable team members. Born in 2023

    Despite a rough past, he’s building a strong trust with us and is now sweet, gentle, and full of potential. Curious and eager to grow, we’re excited to watch him become a confident, dependable team member. Born in 2012

    Ranger

    Ranger is a shy and reserved horse who can take a little time to warm up to new people. Once he gets to know you, though, his calm and reliable nature really shines through.

    He is very well trained and knows all the buttons, making him a responsive and dependable horse to ride. Ranger is the kind of horse who quietly gets the job done and takes good care of his rider. Born in 2012

    Flint

    Flint is a sweet and willing boy who is still finding his feet as a trail horse. He needs a confident rider and a little more training, but he is eager to learn and has a lot of potential.

    He especially loves being around Clover and is often happiest when he has her nearby. Born in 2016

    Rohan

    Rohan is a gentle, quiet, and sensitive horse with a willing nature. He is still learning and gaining confidence, currently working as one of our packhorses while he builds experience on the trail.

    With his calm personality and willingness to learn, Rohan is slowly growing into the confident horse we know he can be. In time, he’ll transition into being Aaron’s saddle horse—and we’re excited to see where his journey takes him. Born in 2016

    Moose

    Moose is a sweet and sensitive horse with a quiet and gentle nature. He is sure-footed on the trail, with a forward way of going and a reliable attitude.

    New to the herd, Moose is still getting to know his surroundings and building his confidence. For now, he is gaining valuable experience as a packhorse, where he is learning the trails and settling into his new role. We’re excited to watch his confidence grow and see what the future holds for this sweet boy. Born in 2016

    Conan is a true gentle giant with a big heart and an even bigger presence. He is a kind and gentle horse who loves having a job and is happiest when he knows what is expected of him.

    Once Conan feels safe and confident, he can be very forward-going and loves to get out on the trail. He is sure-footed and dependable, making him a great partner for riders who appreciate his size. Born 2012
